All references to "we", "us" and "Predictio" in these terms refer to Good Stuff Ltd.
Predictio gives you the opportunity to win a prize by forecasting the outcome of future events.
The prize draw is open to people aged 18 or over who provide their email address after submitting their forecast.
Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
We reserve the right to use automated processes to detect attempted multiple entries and to discard any that appear to
by the same person.
Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The prize will be as stated on the competition page. Exceptionally, should it become necessary, we reserve the right to substitute
a similar prize of equal value.
All competitors who correctly forecast the outcome of the event in question will be entered into a draw for the prize.
Additional entries into the prize draw may be obtained by qualifying referrals.
If no competitors correctly forecast the outcome, no competitors will be entered into the draw and the prize will not be awarded.
The draw will be carried out as soon as is reasonably practical after the event being forecast has taken place. However, no
guarantees as to the timescale are made.
The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond to Predictio within 14 days of being notified, the winner's
prize will be forfeit and we will re-run the draw to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid
or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Predictio shall be entitled to select another winner.
Predictio shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy,
a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal
information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.
Predictio reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prize draw
with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated,
suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Predictio in all matters under its control is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into.
Predictio shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable
control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike,
industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening
legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to it submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
